Our Colour Correction Process

Before anything else, we need to see your hair in person. A consultation is mandatory for all colour correction clients — this isn’t something we can assess from a photo. We’ll examine your hair’s porosity, elasticity, previous colour history, and current condition, then map out a realistic plan and honest timeline.

Some corrections are achievable in a single visit. Others require multiple sessions spread across weeks. We’ll be upfront with you about what’s realistic, and we’ll never start a service we don’t believe we can complete safely.

Step 2: The Correction Plan
Once we’ve built your plan, we’ll discuss the stages, the expected results at each stage, and the home care required between visits to keep your hair as healthy as possible.

Step 3: The Service
Our artists will work methodically and precisely, checking the hair at every stage to ensure the process is proceeding safely. Olaplex bond protection is used throughout all correction services.

Step 4: Maintenance
We’ll send you home with a personalised care plan and product recommendations to protect and maintain your result between visits.

Colour Correction Pricing

Colour correction pricing is assessed on a case-by-case basis during consultation. The cost depends on the complexity of the correction, the number of stages required, and the time involved. Pricing is discussed and agreed before any work begins.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all colour correction appointments.
