New Clients

For all new clients we require a mandatory in-person consultation at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. This is an opportunity for us to assess your hair and discuss your hair goals. If it’s your first visit to Iron and Ivy for color, we require a deposit in advance. 

Cancellation / Booking conditions
By booking an appointment with Iron & Ivy Hair and Beauty you are agreeing to our cancellation conditions. 

We do, of course understand that unavoidable issues may come up and we will work with you in case of an emergency however last-minute cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged a cancellation fee each time. 

Here is a breakdown of our cancellation fees:
⦁ Cancellations outside of 24 hours of your appointment – no charge
⦁ Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment – 100% of service
⦁ NO SHOWS – 100% of booked service will be charged.

New Client Consultations

New Client Consultations are complimentary however if you proceed to book an appointment with us, A non-refundable booking fee of $100 will be required to secure your appointment.

If you change your mind, or fail to attend your booked appointment this $100 will be forfeit. We will as a courtesy allow you to use this towards products in our shop but we do not provide a refund.

Confirmations

As a courtesy, we do contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check your appointments if you’re unsure.

Late Policy 

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. 

Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10-minute grace period.  After that time, we will call to check you are on your way.

Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day.

Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you.

Refund / Redo Policy

All services are non-refundable however we are more than happy to provide a corrective service for free of charge at our discretion.
In case of a disagreement, a corrective service must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Studio to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. 

The service must be a mistake from the service provider (Iron and Ivy Hair) and not because you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed or due to a previous hair state

It is important you contact the studio as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for corrective service. 

New Client Consultations

New Client consultations are a discussion about your hair goals. These consultations are free of charge however if you want to proceed with making a booking then a non-refundable deposit will be paid to secure your booking and you agree by paying the deposit that If you change your mind, or wish to no longer proceed, you will forfeit 100% of this deposit

COVID-19

To help protect others and our team, we ask that you please wear a face mask in the studio and scan the QR code upon entry.  

Following government guidelines around the COVID-19 Protection Framework, in order for our salon to continue to operate within the framework we require all customers to be fully vaccinated. 

Please show your vaccine pass upon arriving at our salon, so we can scan it using the NZ Pass Verifier app (please note that this will note store your data or show any information other than your name and date of birth) we will only accept this pass or your vaccination certificate, we will not accept any vaccination appointment cards or letters. Please do not book an appointment unless you have your vaccination pass, if you are unable to provide it on the day then we will not be able to proceed with your service. If you are showing any COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know immediately and do not come to your appointment as we can reschedule to a more suitable time.

Personal information that we collect from you will be stored in on secure servers.

Site User Tracking Experience 

We may use tracking software to review and improve your experience of our Site.

In particular, we may use Google Analytics Advertising products: Remarketing with Google Analytics and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Google Analytics collects data about our site traffic via Google Advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. Data collected via these Google products is not linked with any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site.
