Can anyone shop online? Or only clients of the studio?
Yes our website allows you to peruse through our chosen selection of hair products, add your requirements to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout. All prices are inclusive of GST.
May I buy products directly at your salon?
Yes! If you’re living within Queenstown- Lakes, We do have a Click and Collect option to ensure the stock will be ready for next day collection.
I don’t see a product or Brand I like, what can I do?
Please contact us and we will see if we can source this for you! We are always interested in what our clients would like to use, so reach out and let us know!
Are your products brand new?
Yes our products are all brand new unless otherwise stated.
Are your products authentic?
Yes!! Definitely! We only use 100% genuine products! Our products are 100% guaranteed authentic as we work directly with the brands and authorized distributors.
What is Backorder?
That means the item you want is currently out of stock but we will backorder it in for you with our next order cycle. These can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and if it takes longer than this we will email you and give you the option to cancel your order.
What if my goods are faulty?
If there is a damage or a fault please email us at [email protected] We have a back to base returns policy, if the goods you receive are faulty, We will replace those goods if they are returned to our salon within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days returns are subject to manufacturers’ warranty. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
