Services That Require Advance Booking + Consultation

The following services require an in-person consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you’re visiting Queenstown for more than a few days, this is completely achievable:

• Balayage, foils, and highlighting services
• Colour correction
• Ombré
• Hair extensions (allow more time — extensions require a full consultation and measurement session)

Pro tip: If you’re planning a larger colour service or extensions for your Queenstown visit, book your consultation for day one or two of your trip and your appointment a few days later. It works perfectly as part of your holiday itinerary.

When to Book

Queenstown is a busy destination and our salon is in high demand — especially during peak ski season (July–September) and summer (December–February). We strongly recommend booking your appointment before you arrive to avoid disappointment.
