How much does wedding hair cost in Queenstown?
Bridal styling at Iron + Ivy is priced at your consultation based on the style, trial and party size. Bridal party and hens blow dries are from $89 per person, and pre-wedding colour is from $352 all-in. We confirm everything in writing before the day.
Do you style weddings at Central Otago venues?
Styling is done in our Queenstown salon at Frankton, which is 20 minutes from Arrowtown and on the way to Gibbston and Cromwell. Most brides book the morning with us and travel to the venue styled.
When should bridesmaids book?
At the same time as the bride, ideally six to twelve months out for peak season. We run several artists in parallel so a party of six finishes within about two hours.
Can you do hair and makeup?
We do hair only, and we work alongside Queenstown’s makeup artists regularly. Ask us for recommendations and we will coordinate timings so hair is finished before makeup starts.
