The Treatment: Step by Step

Your treatment begins with a thorough clarifying wash using Moroccanoil shampoo to remove any product build-up and open the cuticle. Your hair is blow dried smooth, and then the treatment formula is applied section by section, working evenly through every strand from root to tip.

Depending on the treatment, you’ll either sit under a hood dryer while the formula processes, or your stylist will flat iron the treatment in at high heat (BKT). The flat iron pass is where the transformation happens — you’ll watch your hair go glassy-smooth in real time.

After the Treatment

With Cezanne and Aura there’s no waiting period — you can wash your hair the same day. With BKT, you’ll wait 72 hours to allow the treatment to fully set. Your stylist will walk you through specific aftercare: which products to use and avoid, how to maintain your result, and when to come back for a refresh.
